History of Indesco

Indesco is a small company that started in 1999. The founder and Chief Executive Officer is Raymond Fong Poen, a longtime privacy advocate, working in the IT sector since 1985.

Since 2002 we concentrate on IT security, secure communication, back office design and road-warrior / multi-site secure back office access. This resulted in the Blackholes Message System (BMS), which is still operating today.

In 2012 we started to specialize in mobile telephone communications and encrypted communication protocols.

From November 2014 to June 2019 Indesco had suspended its operations, because of the awkward situation where the CEO Raymond Fong Poen had been arrested in France after receiving a substantial amount of money from a client, who’s name he refused to give due to a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between Indesco and the client.

The above paragraph clearly shows that creating encryption and privacy communication products combined with honoring Non Disclosure Agreements can be an risky combination when a European authority can find you breaking the law in a minor way. Because, yes, he broke the law by not declaring that money when he was stopped by the french customs. When the investigation judge, learned about a project for crypto phones for privacy minded people, he arrogantly became so paranoia that he fabricated a complete different circumstantial story line without any evidence as support. Raymond Fong Poen was sentenced to 6 years and in appeal to 7 years imprisonment. Due to the repressive nature of the french judgement system all further procedures start after the 26th of June 2019, when Raymond is back home. You can follow the procedures at: https://raymond.fongpoen.com/annoeullin

But another important issue that is being proven here, is how important your privacy is to us, and how strict we are regarding the use of our Non Disclosure Agreements.

We would also like you to know that what has happened to our CEO Raymond Fong Poen was injustice and we would like to quote the following:

Injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice everywhere.

– 26 June 2019 –

Indesco has now restarted,
 stronger than ever,
 concentrating mainly on IT security,
 and of course secure communications.
